Multiple Hypothesis Group Tracking in Video Sequences
In this paper the Multiple Hypothesis Tracking with group tracking is applied to tracking targets in video sequences. The width/height ratio is used as a target feature to help in target/detection association. Group tracking is tested in real video sequences (PETS 2001) and shows that is possible to keep linked the otherwise interrupted tracks.
متن کاملMultiple state-based video tracking for surveillance applications
The objective of this paper is to present a set of techniques for video analysis aiming a visual surveillance system for monitoring scenarios, detecting and tracking moving objects. The proposed method integrates motion, spatial position and color information to track object blobs which are segmented using Eigenbackground subtraction. To deal with occlusions and splits, detected blobs are organ...
متن کاملFeature Tracking in Video and Sonar Subsea Sequences with Applications
This paper deals with automatic target tracking in video and sonar subsea sequences, an essential capability for automating tasks currently performed by remotely operated vehicles under pilot control. We describe two trackers, one for video sequences, the other for sector scan sonar sequences. No assumptions are made about the images, scene, or motion observed. To illustrate applications, we re...
متن کاملOn Face Tracking in Video Sequences
This paper proposes a framework to track faces in image sequences in a video. The technique combines face detection through using Support Vector Machine (SVM) with target tracking through using a Kalman filter. The adjacent locations of the target point are predicted in a search window that reduces the number of image regions that are candidates for faces. Thus, the method can predict the objec...
متن کاملEfficient Feature Tracking for Long Video Sequences
This work is concerned with real-time feature tracking for long video sequences. In order to achieve efficient and robust tracking, we propose two interrelated enhancements to the well-known Shi-TomasiKanade tracker. Our first contribution is the integration of a linear illumination compensation method into the inverse compositional approach for affine motion estimation. The resulting algorithm...
